Dr Cindy Nour specialises in the delivery of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adults with the a range of problems.

She has a keen interest in treating disorders of anxiety such as excessive worry, panic attacks with and without agoraphobia, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety and shyness, fear and phobias.

Cindy can also help with mood difficulties, such as depression and post-natal depression, grief and loss, stress and adjustment issues, body image issues (excluding anorexia), perfectionism and procrastination, work difficulties, low self-esteem and low self confidence.

Cindy is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society. She is registered with the NSW Psychologists’ Registration Board and with Medicare Australia.

Cindy is an approachable, friendly and non-judgemental professional who provides a respectful service and treatment based on current empirical evidence.
